Job Overview:


We are looking for a reliable

Administrative & Purchasing Assistant

to support the daily operations of our factory. You will be responsible for general administrative tasks, warehouse stock inspection and management, as well as purchasing of spare parts and materials.

Job Responsibilities:



Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record management. Check and update inventory of production and maintenance spare parts. Source suppliers, request quotations, and prepare purchase orders. Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Maintain accurate records of purchasing, deliveries, and inventory movements. Communicate with production and maintenance teams to ensure timely supply of spare parts. Assist management with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Secondary school (SPM) or diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in administration, warehouse, or purchasing-related work. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Good communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
