Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities



1. Manage all reception duties, including professionally greeting and directing visitors and coordinating guest arrivals.

2. Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, and manage the general office email correspondence.

3. Oversee all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including managing external courier services and ensuring the accurate internal distribution of documents and mail.

4. Manage and control office stationery inventory. This includes tracking stock levels, processing stationery requests from staff, and coordinating the distribution and replenishment of supplies.

5. Plan, coordinate, and implement office decorations for major festivals and company events to maintain a festive and welcoming environment.

6. Monitor and coordinate office housekeeping and cleaning schedules to ensure a consistently clean, tidy, and professional workplace environment.

7. Maintain and regularly update the company's non-IT asset records, including office furniture, facilities, and key inventory items, to ensure proper accountability.

8. Facilitate and manage the updating and renewal process for staff and worker's CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) registrations and documentation.

9. Manage the tracking and timely renewal of all company business licenses and permits (e.g., local council licenses) to ensure continuous legal compliance.

10. Execute any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team to support overall departmental operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills



1. SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.

3. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-focused telephone etiquette.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
