- Assist and manage customers information in company\'s system
- Assist recruitment department in making recruitment calls
- Assist in organizing interviews for the management
- Assist and support in social media marketing activities
- Answers clients enquiries and emails
- Supports administrative tasks given by the management
- Help in coordinating orientations
- Support other hoc HR tasks Guidance: Throughout the internship, they will receive dedicated support and guidance from our Head of Finance, an ACCA-certified professional with extensive expertise in monthly management accounts, year-end procedures, and auditing. Our Deputy Head, who brings four years of valuable experience from an Audit background, will also be there to support. Additionally, our experienced Director, Ms Winnie Tam from the UK, and our Head of Education, Ms Joanne Brooks, based in Australia, will provide guidance based on their extensive knowledge across the business. Allowance: We offer a competitive monthly allowance of RM800 for 6 months internship.
