We're Hiring: Sales Administrator - Pet Industry!

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent (advantageous) 3-7 years experience in client servicing, order processing, shipping & sales administration Excellent communication in

Bahasa Malaysia & English

; Mandarin/local dialects a plus Proficient in

Microsoft Office, SQL Accounting, Bitrix24 CRM, Canva

Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, multitasker Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude Interest in pets & basic knowledge of pet nutrition a bonus

Job Scope - Exciting & Varied Role:

Lead Generation & Market Research:

Find new clients (Vets, Pet Stores, Grooming & Boarding Centers) using Google & social media

Sales Processing:

Accurately handle orders, invoices, delivery notes, and credit/debit notes

Problem Solver:

Resolve order or invoicing discrepancies efficiently

Sales & Customer Support:

Assist sales team with presentations, reports, scheduling, and client communications

Event & Marketing Support:

Participate in events, support on-site activities, and assist as cashier when needed

Data & Admin Wizard:

Compile sales data, maintain records, manage office supplies, and track follow-ups
