To assist and coordinate the preparation and distribution of documents and general correspondences.
Coordinate and follow up on all instructions to the respective staff including monitoring of deadlines.
To take on all administrative tasks including attend to meetings, taking and drafting minutes of meeting, making travel arrangements including full spectrum of secretarial duties and functions.
Organize and maintain good filing system for confidentiality and efficient information/ data retrieval.
Responsible for all licensing applications and monitoring.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Admin/ Management.
At least 2-3 years of working in the related field.
Discreet, initiative and able to work independently.
Must be computer literate and possess good communication skills.
Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
