Able to do general admin works for office in bandar baru bangi
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report required by Superiors.
Handle sales documents such as quotation, invoice, purchase order, delivery order, payment voucher and receipt.
Order processing related duties.
Handle internal or external customers via phone call /email related to order processing.
Communicate with clients and customers; answering customers questions, informing customers about product or service availability and prices.
Handle Ad Hoc assignments from time to time.
Assist the HR when required. Able to speak English fluently.
Must be able to handle all computer related works effectively.
