Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and invoices.
Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings.
Support HR and accounting with basic administrative tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
