Responsibilities:
Business Development
i) Contact companies or organisations to secure appointments for corporate talks and presentations.
ii) Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement.
Claim and Client Servicing
i) Manage and submit claims in a timely and accurate manner.
i) Remind and follow up with clients regarding premium payments and collections.
ii) Assist clients with new business applications, including the submission of documents.
iii) Provide end-to-end assistance to clients during the claim application process and ensure efficient handling of document submissions.
iv) Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
v) Ensure timely follow up with the company regarding the status of the process.
Requirements:
i) Posses at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
ii) Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
iii) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
iv) Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
v) Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experiences.
vi) Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
