xe3x83xbbLiaising with local and overseas vendors in arranging a smooth delivery process.
xe3x83xbbOrdering of shop supplies and following up with suppliers regarding any quality issues.
xe3x83xbbCoordinate vendors to ensure that shop repairs and maintenances are done on a timely basis.
xe3x83xbbCoordinating of new shop openings with various suppliers and departments.
xe3x83xbbAssisting in documentation.

Requirements xe2x9cx93Diploma in any discipline,
xe2x9cx93Interest in japanese
xe2x9cx93Good communication and interpersonal skills
xe2x9cx93Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
