In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals by supporting them and maintaining a very good after-sales service with clients. Role & Responsibilities Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. Provide office administration and housekeeping. To handle and maintain basic account bookkeeping. To handle clients\' administration matters, including preparing invoices and follow-up payment Build business acumen while learning to address customers\' technical needs. Extensive customer engagement experience. Analyse & ensure client\'s requirements and service requests are met. Liaise with internal and external clients, and technical development/support groups to achieve superior technical solutions. To maintain good relationships and support to the clients. To assist and support any department/colleagues when required. Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.
