The Opportunity

Our partner, an industry leader providing exceptional strata, facilities, and onsite building management services in different states of Australia, is looking for an Administration Support!

As the Administration Support, you will be expected to input and capture information from software, attend to inquiries and other administrative duties assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration Tasks:
  • Processing Section 115 /22 and Section 119 /184 Notices.
  • Answering of phone and email queries relating to Section 119 /184 Notices.
  • Capturing Owner information update notices in the applicable software.
  • Capturing Tenant information/updates in the relevant software.
  • Capturing redirection notices received from property managers in the relevant software.
  • Providing copies of Certificates of Currency to owners as required.
  • Sending out registered Rules to Property Managers for their tenants records.
  • Entering Data from various sources into the applicable software.
  • Attending to enquiries from staff, Owners, Lawyers, and other relevant parties.
  • Other administration duties as required.
  • Credit Control Tasks:
  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts for buildings under management.
  • Corresponding with owners in arrears both verbally and in writing.
  • Monitoring repayment plans for receipt of agreed payments.
  • Ensuring repayment plan applications have been completed correctly.
  • Submitting repayment plans to Strata Managers for approval.
  • Responding to relevant client enquiries.
  • Correspondence
  • As required correspond with Executive Team, Strata Managers, Building Managers, Team Leaders, the broader team, lawyers and third parties as required.
Skills, Experience, & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years\' experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • A relative qualification would be advantageous
