We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Technician Admin (Air Conditioning)
to support both technical and administrative functions in our HVAC department. This role bridges office-based admin work with coordination of technician activities, reports, and site-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating technician schedules, service calls, and project timelines
Maintain and update service reports, job cards, and maintenance logs
Communicate with clients to confirm appointment schedules and job updates
Prepare documentation for technician tasks (work orders, delivery orders, service reports)
Track spare parts, materials usage, and inventory records
Liaise with the project and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Support in basic data entry, filing, and office admin tasks related to HVAC jobs
Ensure technician records (attendance, work hours, leave forms) are properly maintained
Follow up on work progress and report issues to the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
At least 1 year of working experience in admin or technical support (related to HVAC is a plus)
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to multitask and handle admin responsibilities under minimal supervision
Basic understanding of air conditioning system terms is an advantage
Willing to support both office and field technician teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
