Document Controller (Technical & Financial)

OMD TECH is an expanding technology and infrastructure company specializing in network, fiber optic, and data centre projects. We are currently seeking a Document Controller to support the preparation and management of technical and financial project documentation.

Location:

HQ - Shah Alam, Selangor

Basic: 2200-3500 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare, compile, and manage technical documents including:

- Technical proposals, method statements, drawings

- UAT, handover, and as-built documentation

- Prepare and manage financial documents, such as:

- Quotations, invoices, progress claims, and Variation Orders (VO)

- Ensure all documentation complies with project, contract, and client requirements

- Maintain proper document control, versioning, and filing system

- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and management

- Track submission, approval status, and revisions

- Support project audits and close-out documentation

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field

- Experience as Document Controller / Project Admin / Technical Admin is an advantage

- Familiar with technical & project documentation

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines

- Must be based in Shah Alam or nearby

- Must have own transport
