Admin/HR Officer Duties & Responsibilities - Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc - Oversee daily administrative tasks, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. - Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll processing. - Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Handle employee relations and assist with conflict resolution. - To assist in any ad-hoc task when assigned Requirement - Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Computer literate - Resourceful, initiative and willing to work under pressure. - Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees - Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
