\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively and channel to the right person. \xe2\x80\x93 Taking incoming messages in the absence of the call recipient. \xe2\x80\x93 Great, assist and/or direct visitors or client. \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible to verify and acknowledge courier documents, sort and distribute mails. \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible to update of reference material, including stamps, envelopes and courier services documentation. \xe2\x80\x93 Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and etc. \xe2\x80\x93 To conduct housekeeping checks and routine of work done by general workers, housekeepers and gardeners and to report for any issues arise. \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain office supplies (stationery) for all department and to manage and keep records for stationery stock issuance and the record to be available upon request. \xe2\x80\x93 To provide weekly report on administration & submit to Head of Administration & Human Resource Department of Northern Branch. \xe2\x80\x93 To manage and update records and checking of invoices for payment and liaison with vendor for any administration issues. \xe2\x80\x93 To coordinate payment of utilities bills. \xe2\x80\x93 To manage, update and apply any request for goods using P-Procurement module. \xe2\x80\x93 To prepare and keep records of documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
