As the

Administration Assistant - Operation

, you will play a key administrative and organisational support role within the company's project management team, ensuring the smooth running of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:



l Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project management team

l Coordinating project-related meetings and events

l Prepare documents / correspondence for submission to authority / consultants or others

l Assist the Operation team personnel in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and site teams.

l Manage all project administration documents, including processing, filing, and internal communication

l Perform any other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:



l Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, or Construction-related field.

l Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

l Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and general computer skills.

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
