Job Description

Office management:

Overseeing general office operations, including managing office supplies, inventory, and the procurement of necessary items.

Administrative support:

Providing support to executives and departments by handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Scheduling and coordination:

Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives and staff.

Documentation and reporting:

Preparing reports, minutes, and presentations, as well as handling data entry and maintaining databases.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
