Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.* Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and assists visitors.* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and common areas at all times.* Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement to ensure uninterrupted office operations.* Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document control, and record maintenance.* Conduct periodic stock checks and ensure proper storage of office supplies and equipment.* Assist in coordination of company events.
Assist in transport and hostel arrangement of China supporting staff.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
