Job Requirements:
  • Able to speak and write in Eng/BM/ and Mandarin.
  • Able to work under pressure on strict deadlines.
  • Able to work independently. Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
Job Scopes:
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, photocopy and print various documents, generating reports and reordering supplies
  • Handle all sales related activities & documentation includes follow up customer \xe2\x80\x99 s inquiries, arranging appointments, quotation, invoice, purchase order and follow through to closure.
  • Assist in daily office administration, operational and coordination related tasks
  • Other tasks or special assignments as when required
