Assist in day-to-day administrative activities, including premise maintenance (air conditioner, photocopier machine, water filter system, electricity or lighting system, thumbprint machine, firefighting system and etc) General Procurement (stationery, pantry item, access card and etc), Property Management (workers hostel arrangement, renewal, and purchase of insurance, renewal of business license, payment arrangement of utility bills, quit rent, assessment rent, miscellaneous bills and etc)
Handle telecommunications issues (line faulty, bills checking, complaints and etc
Act as a receptionist and tea lady whenever necessary.
Arrange for courier services whenever necessary.
Prepare administrative letters, as assigned by superior
Maintain efficient filing and archival system
Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by superior
This position will be based in Gelugor, Pulau Pinang
