Job Description


Location: Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur Contract: 3 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (Can convert to permanent based on performance). Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the bookkeeping of the vehicle logbooks and maintenance books and preparing of documents for invitation to Quote.
  • Liaise with the Malaysian government agencies for the application airport passes, visa, ID, Clearance of shipment etc.
  • Assist in the purchase and renewal of insurance and planning and organization of in-house events.
  • Perform general purchases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in related field.
  • Have minimum 1 year experience in Admin and Building environment is plus point.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
