Location: Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur Contract: 3 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (Can convert to permanent based on performance). Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the bookkeeping of the vehicle logbooks and maintenance books and preparing of documents for invitation to Quote.
Liaise with the Malaysian government agencies for the application airport passes, visa, ID, Clearance of shipment etc.
Assist in the purchase and renewal of insurance and planning and organization of in-house events.
Perform general purchases.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in related field.
Have minimum 1 year experience in Admin and Building environment is plus point.
Able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
