Job Description

Process expense reports and business travel arrangments. Update physical or digital files pn clinets, expenses and sales related. Assist sales team to manage phone calls ad corrspondence (text messages, emails, letters, packages etc). Assist in preparing documents and sales report, minutes, facilate teh delivery orders and handle additionla requests and record all relevant info. Prepare business-related materials including PowerPoint presentations, customer financial reporting and Word documents related. Perform bookeeping and develop and maintain a filing system (experience is not necessary but would be and advantage). Attend and support external event as request. Ad-hoc assignmnets and projects involving aministratives and clerical tasks as assigned.
