Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by superiors.
Building Management
Inspect, organize and supervise all maintenance service providers, including but not limited to the security, cleaning, gymnasium and other facilities within the premises to ensure that condition of maintenance is in order and up to expectation.
Inspect the buildings internal and external area, facilities, equipment and other infrastructure routinely to ensure the property is well maintained.
Renewal of building insurance, business license, payment arrangement of utility bills, quit rent, assessment rent, miscellaneous bills and etc.)
Monitoring service provider performance, i.e. maintenance, security, cleaner, landscaping, lifts, pest control, and etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
