Job Description




We are established and involved in the printing business and are located in Inanam area.

Tasks and responsibilities are:

  • To operate daily Managing Director\'s activities
  • To manage all personal personal Managing Directors and administration works
  • Familiar and liaise with insurance companies and company secretary.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Perform a variety of administration and secretarial tasks including handling company errands.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.
  • Maintain proper filing system and records-keeping of information.
  • Ensure effective time management to achieve a smooth flow of Managing Director\'s schedule.
  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirement / Qualification:
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Working hours Monday to Saturday (5.5 working day).
  • Multitasking and able to handle several companies.
  • Meticulous and careful.
  • Fluent in Bahasa, English and Mandarin (Both written & spoken)
Benefits & Remunerations:
  • Salary Range: RM2500-RM3000
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS
