  • Candidate must be fluent in communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Posses with Min Diploma and above.
  • Min Experience: 2 years and above
  • Attention to details and well coordinate and organized.
  • Have Good Problem solver skills and ability to change skills
  • Self driven and minimum supervision.
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide general administrative support in the Director\'s Office, including mailing, scanning, document management, photocopying, and binding reports.
  • Handle telephone calls and inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Receive visitors and refer them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments for the Director on the online calendar, ensuring timely follow-up and preparation of necessary documents for meetings.
  • Follow the same protocol for attendees of meetings arranged by the Director\'s office.
  • Attend meetings with the Director when necessary and take accurate minutes.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system (both hard copies and digital) and ensure all files are accessible to the Director.
  • Be the custodian of official contracts, financial certificates, licenses, and registrations.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas for internal meetings in consultation with the Director.
  • Manage bookings for flights, accommodation, transportation, conference registrations, and other online purchases for the International Marketing Department.
  • Liaise with relevant government ministries and departments.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Director.
