Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-



Prepare and maintain corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and statutory registers. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in drafting and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities. Maintain custody of corporate documents, such as Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements. Manage statutory books and records, including share registers and meeting minutes.

Job requirements:-



Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Knowledge of corporate law and governance practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and high ethical standards. Bachelor's in Accounting / Legal Law/ Secretary / Business
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
