Monitoring foreign worker permits, passports, and related documentation renewals.
Coordinate with government agencies (Immigration, SOCSO, KWSP, MITI, etc.) for necessary applications and compliance
Assist in coordinating logistics, delivery schedules, and shipment documentation.
Handle ad hoc operational matters and problem-solving as needed
Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records, correspondences, and reports.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintenance of office equipment.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Proficient in both Malay and English.
Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills
Able to drive and travel around for office administrative work
Able to work independently and across teams
Training and guidance will be provided on the job
