Requirements:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Minimum passing grades in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mathematics.Scopes:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, client engagement, and social media activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks. Preferred candidates are women residing in Penang, Malaysia.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry:Accurately input and maintain data records.
Manage databases and ensure information is up-to-date.
Customer Liaison (From Registration to Funding):Engage with clients from initial contact through to funding.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Social Media Platform Updates and Posting:Manage and update social media platforms.
Create and post engaging content regularly.
Liaison with Brokerage for Administrative Matters:Communicate with brokerage firms regarding administrative tasks.
Ensure all brokerage-related documentation and processes are handled efficiently.
Weekly Accounts Update on Incoming Funds:Track and update accounts with incoming funds on a weekly basis.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Monthly Updates on Profit/Loss:Generate monthly reports on profit and loss.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights.
Employee/Agents Payouts:Manage payroll for employees and agents.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payouts.
Additional Responsibilities:Engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
Design and create posters and other promotional materials as needed.
Assist with any other administrative tasks as required Experience Required: Min 1 Year/s
