CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION:
  • Preparing sales and purchase contracts
  • Negotiating contract terms with internal and external partners
  • Reviewing and updating existing contracts
  • Prepare master contract listing and update regularly
  • Preparing sales quotation & tender documents
LOGISTIC TASKING:
  • Issue uniform to Ops team / PM Department
  • Arrange for uniform / stationery order
  • Prepare and update report of the stock regularly
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excell, Power Point)
  • Computer literate
  • Possess own transport / Nearest public transport is MRT Bukit Dukung (walking distance 1km)
  • Fluent English (speak, write, read)
Salary: RM1,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Cheras Selangor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Language:
  • English (Required)
Expected Start Date: 03/28/2023
