Job Description



Location: GUYANA Responsibilities:

  • General secretarial and administrative duties
  • Coordinate and support meetings and events
  • Maintain management\xe2\x80\x99s calendar and files
  • Collect/submit monthly time reporting/payroll data
  • Actively support management initiatives
Requirements
  • Educational background in Business Administration or related field, preferred
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in the workforce
  • Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Quickly learn Company practices, general policies, and legal compliance
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Good communications skills; ability to write professional memos
  • Handle, with complete discretion, confidential and sensitive information
  • Absolute confidentiality of all information from management meetings
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and well organized
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, peers, and management
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and flexibility to deal with several tasks simultaneously; ability to distinguish priorities
