JOB ROLE: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing matters regarding the recruitment of foreigner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage taking care of the calling documents for hiring, permit renewal, COM, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute and handle foreign worker\xe2\x80\x99s matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with KDN | MYEG | SPIKPA | FWCMS | FOMEMA | JTK | PLKS work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue Invoices, D/O, Debit Note, cheque, Purchase Order etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep proper filing and record. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle other given assignment as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel to government department for foreign worker matters. REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and e-mail system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Is confident about his/her ability to contribute effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate clearly with different level of people.
