The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team of a company. This includes managing office operations, coordinating with departments, handling correspondence, organizing meetings and events, and other related tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow between teams. Assist in the planning and organization of company events, such as meetings, conferences, and other special events. Maintain and update company records and databases, including employee information, financial records, and other documents. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, as requested by management. Answer and direct phone calls and emails, as well as handle inquiries and requests from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Maintain updated knowledge of office technology, software, and equipment. Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes and procedures. Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field. 1-4 years of experience in administrative support or related field. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Professionalism and integrity. Knowledge of office technology, software, and equipment.
