  • Assist operation manager where necessary
  • Issuing invoices
  • Prepare and consolidate end-of-day transactions
  • Prepare transfer ownership documents (used car)
  • Prepare car registration documents (new car)
  • Compile supplier invoice/bill for payment.
Requirements:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues
**Remuneration package subject to working experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
