Job Description
- No experience on related work can be accepted ( Training will be provided )
- Can immediately start work within 1 month
- Working located in KLCC .
- Advance level in MS Word, Power Point & Excel.
- Priorities are given to those who are fluent in Mandarin
- Able to understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholder.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
- Reporting to management and performing duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
- Allowance (Perfect Attendance, Achievement & Performance Award, Petrol, etc.)
- Uniform is provided.
- Public Holidays, Annual Leave, Sick Leave & Hospitalization.
- EPF, SOCSO, & EIS Contributed.
