Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization. 2. To assist the overall day-to-day clerical work of the Administration Department. 3. To assist the Human Resource Department on the administration work. 4. To collect and record time sheets. 5. To prepare punch cards and assist to record all leaves taken by staff. 6. To assist the Accounts Department on administration matters. 7. To stand-in for relief duties as and when instructed. 8. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality Management System. 9. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Project Director(s) and/or Management. Accountability:
10. To be accountable for the quality, environmental, occupational safety and health performance at his project and workplace. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
