Job Description


Salary offered: RM2,800 per month Location: Tower 11A, Avenue 5, Bangsar South, No 8, Jalan Kerinchi 59200 Kuala Lumpur Working hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Contract period: 6 months contract (renewable) :

  • To provides office support to the team to ensure day to day office administration for smooth running of business.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, update internal database
  • Develop and maintain efficient filling system.
  • Assist manager including staff activities preparation.
  • To assist in managing, maintaining, compiling, filling of project report.
  • To handle paperwork for department.
  • To co-ordinate work schedule, office memo if required.
  • and other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance, accounting, Islamic Banking or Business Admin
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Expert user of Microsoft office.
  • Able to join immediately or mid June 2023
