Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing database and contact list for trainings
  • Liaising with contacts to ensure information is updated and accurate
  • Communicating with contacts to obtain required documentation
  • Managing the registration for physical trainings
  • Assist in preparing reports, schedules, documentation needed
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Liaise with the team to ensure trainings are delivered on time and according to requirements
Requirements
  • Previous admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and spreadsheets
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Verbal and written Bahasa skills is an added advantage
  • Possess own laptop and transport to training location
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Benefits:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (Required)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
