Job Description


The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks. An assertive and detailed oriented candidate with appropriate tech knowledge in executing tasks. Responsibilities Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for the CEO and wider senior management team Support basic HR functions, including managing employee claims, maintaining employee records, and updating employee information in the HR database. Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry. Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings. Entering and updating company, employee, and client records. Owning the office maintenance including distributing office supplies, procuring equipment. Optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs. Providing basic bookkeeping services to the Finance Manager. Assist Finance Manager with various data reporting and tracking. Qualifications A diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with experience in payroll and bookkeeping. Proficient in using cloud payroll software and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, XERO or similar tools). Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and payroll regulations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records and handling administrative tasks. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
