Previous experience or education in human resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software is a plus.
