Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides a variety of administrative support to our RRC teams. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as: preparing documents and reports, compiling records, manage expense reporting and timesheets, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, organizing and maintaining information, analyzing data, and providing general office support. RRC Core Values \xc2\xb7 Must understand and personify RRC\xe2\x80\x99s core values: o Client Satisfaction \xe2\x80\x93 understands the goal of always exceeding our client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations o Employee Happiness \xe2\x80\x93 able to work well with others, communicate clearly with coworkers, promote a positive work environment, and mediate conflicts between team members o Quality Work - able to take ownership, work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple projects simultaneously o Above and Beyond - versatile, flexible, able to anticipate the needs of the company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist others Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: \xc2\xb7 Provides administrative support to RRC departments, teams and/or individual team members. \xc2\xb7 Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. \xc2\xb7 Prepares and distributes reports as requested \xc2\xb7 Prepares and distributes email communications as requested. \xc2\xb7 Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. \xc2\xb7 Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. \xc2\xb7 Take meeting notes as requested \xc2\xb7 May manage expense reporting, timesheet approvals or other routine processes \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field preferred. \xc2\xb7 Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. \xc2\xb7 Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently with little supervision required. \xc2\xb7 Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment. \xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information. \xc2\xb7 Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast growth environment \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential. \xc2\xb7 Exhibit extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our team.
