Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). Proficient in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
:
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date records of stationery, souvenirs and promotional materials
  • Maintain the office counseling areas and store room in a clean manner
  • Ensure all office documents and photocopy invoices are filed
  • Assist in open days, extended counselling, exhibitions, roadshows and university events
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
