Job Description


  • Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in administration or an equivalent field.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 years of work experience are preferable.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-oriented, friendly attitude and teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and maintaining company files.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with order processing and ensuring timely delivery of meals to customers.
  • Coordinate with our culinary team to plan and organize meal schedules.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and assist with purchasing as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and reach out to potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  • Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
