Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you are required to perform as below: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for answering calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reception of guests and customers, handle customers politely & promptly. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist operations, documentation support, filling and records are in order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ordering office supplies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor & maintain record management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop long term plans for electronic record management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
