Perform general data entry, purchase processing, payment processing, reconcile and submit monthly expense reports and staff claims
Create and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical documents
Assist in the editing, updating, coordinating, and execution of learning materials for student and lecturer engagement programmes
Provide office and administrative support and assist in other ad-hoc duties and daily operations
Arrange both internal and external events
Support administration of efficient operation of the office
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills
Ability to manage priorities and conflicting deadlines
Great communication skills and self-motivated
Attention to details problem-solving skills
