3.) Plan and coordinate administrative matters
4.) Undertake Ad Hoc tasks when necessary

Requirements:

  • High School/ Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years experience in the same / relevant industry
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
