Responsibilities

  • To assist Executives in administrative matters such ID pass and secured Door Access System
  • Manage Petty Cash Management System
  • Monitor office equipment such maintenance service etc.
  • Maintaining stock record, distribution & stock control
Requirements
  • Job Requirement:
  • Diploma in Administration/Management or any equivalent
  • Attention to detail and good in documentation
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
