What we need from you?
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

The moment an Owner / Developer / Hotel Owner steps into our consultation, they walk into a genuinely professional experience. As an professional admin and support executive, you\'ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer supporting spirit, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You\'ll also create a warm A to Z experience that makes our trusted client feel safe and in safe hand.
  • Administrative and executive secretaries perform liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of managers and professionals and/or prepare correspondence, reports and records of proceedings and other specialized documentation.
  • Tasks include -
  • Drafting administrative correspondence and minutes;
  • Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates;
  • Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings and travel arrangements;
  • Assisting in the preparation of works which may include meeting clients, handling offsite and onsite works, report, communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization\'s operations;
  • Provide assistance to members/customers inquiries, feedback with swift response in professional and effective manner.
