Job Summary:
The Admin & Student Support Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative and student support services at Manchester Languages Center. The primary responsibilities of this role include welcoming guests, handling incoming calls, managing students in online and center classes, collaborating with other departments, ensuring effective communication with management, checking center inventory, supporting center events and activities, and maintaining a positive environment in the center. Responsibilities: -Welcome Calls and Guests:
-Manage Students in Online and Center Classes:
-Coordinate with other departments, as needed, to provide support for center events and activities.
-Monitor and respond to client inquiries received through our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
-Provide accurate and helpful information to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, or requests.
-Center Inventory Management:
-Support for Center Events and Activities *Qualifications: -Female Malaysian candidate preferred
-High school diploma or equivalent qualification
-Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbal
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Friendly demeanor and customer-oriented approach
