Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply. Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and PowerBI knowledge would be an added advantage. Attention to details (e.g. numbers) and mental arithmetic would be an added advantage Ability to work independently. Positive attitude and responsible character. Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service. Prior working experience will be an added advantage. Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties. Responsibility Administrative Officer is responsible for the recording of sawmill processing operations for the sawing of timber logs into rough lumber. Tasks include - Recording the sawmilling productions at the production line Recording the graded sawn timber on tally sheets at the warehouse Calculating the tally sheets and data entry into the database Calculating the production records and data entry into the database Data entry of incoming logs into the logbook, issuing delivery orders and invoices Data entry of removal pass information into the records for the purview of the Kuala Pilah district forest office Data entry of all incoming and outgoing timber into the shuttle 3.
