Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and proactive

Administrative Coordinator

to support our healthcare and wellness operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, warehouse coordination, and inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities



Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document control. Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and purchase orders. Maintain and update inventory records and internal databases. Coordinate warehouse activities -- receiving, dispatching, labeling, and stock arrangement. Generate inventory and stock movement reports for management. Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments for timely logistics and deliveries. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit, and safety standards. Provide administrative support to management and subsidiaries.

Qualifications



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Physically fit to handle warehouse coordination tasks.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
